    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Consultation Fee Policy

    • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session occurs
    • Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full refund
    • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
    • No-shows: No refund

    2. Project Milestone Payments

    • Refundable only if deliverables are not met
    • Refund requests within 7 days of milestone delivery
    • CTGS will attempt remediation before refunds
    • Partial refunds may apply based on work completed

    3. SaaS Subscription Cancellation

    • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
    • Cancellation effective end of billing cycle
    • No prorated refunds for partial months
    • Annual plans: Prorated refund within first 30 days

    4. Support Plan Cancellation

    Monthly support plans require 30 days notice. Annual plans may qualify for prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.

    5. Refund Timeline

    Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

    7. Payment Processing

    Payments and refunds are securely processed via Stripe. CTGS does not store payment card details.
